How to create a payroll from employee checkin data?

I have employees working in shifts during the day, with an hourly wage of $15 per hour. Employees check in and check out when they take breaks. How can I create a payroll to determine how much these hourly employees will be paid each day?

I’ve searched for documentation and guides, but haven’t found any detailed instructions on how to do this. Thank you for your time.
