How to create a scheduler in Frappe 14

Dear Community,

I need to create a scheduler in Frappe 14, but in Scheduled Job Type list, I’m unable to create one even as the Administrator… Are there any other ways/methods in which this can be achieved?

Used hooks.py to create a method in scheduler_events.
