How to create Auto Assignment rule

I want to know How to create auto assignment rule

Condition
After a sales invoice status is ‘Unpaid’ and the sample collection status is ‘Draft’ assign this Sample collection task to few users based on Load Balancing

The above picture will show you how I have configured the above condition

But I am getting the following error after the sales invoice is submitted

Looks like you are using the wrong field name ‘status’ in the condition?
