How to create full IQC form utilising "Sample Size"?

Hi all,

I have created a Quality Inspection from Purchase Invoice.
The Quality Inspection Template is created and shown below in the Quality Inspection.
My question is “Is it possible to make use of the Sample Size ‘70’ to create a full QC form?”
The Readings table created appears to be only one item entry to me.

I am able to do Python programming to implement this feature, but i need some hints to start with.
