You will need to add item separately for each dimension if you maintain stock level for dimension of item like Size, Grade and Colour.
If you don't maintain Stock for each dimension, then insert a custom field on item level in transaction and enter the dimension values for item while making transaction. You can also enter these values in Description of item.

Hi Rushabh / Umair I worked on Microsoft Dynamics this feature available in it. I can create single item with 3 dimension & I can give separate stock & price for each combination. I can able to get stock / valuation report for each combination.
