How to create Letter in ERP

Hi,

We would like to create a letter in ERP system for our suppliers/customers and make a track of it.

Please advise if this is possible in ERP. If yes, please guide us through the procedure.

Microsoft Word is better for It then attaches this Document in the relevant transactions.

Please advise where we can upload this. We want to have the number format for the letter and then create in a word file as you said and then upload it in the ERP.
