I have created a shortcut for Direct Import from Customer to make it easy for end user, as shown in the image below.
On click on the Shortcut it does not fill out the Document Type & Import Type fields, is there a way to make it work.
In v15 it fills out the Import Type field, but it’s not work for the Document Type field
You might want to consider using a Client Script to automatically fill in the Document Type and Import Type fields when you open the Data Import page with a shortcut. The key thing to look into is whether the shortcut sends any parameters to the page, as this will influence how you can set those fields in advance. If it doesn’t, you might need to make a small customisation on the client side.
