How to customize font and layout of Sales Invoice print out PDF?

I am trying to customize the layout and font type, font size of the Sales Invoice. Can someone shed some lights here?

Also, I am trying to move the Recurring Date of an Item in a Sales Invoice so it appears right next to the corresponding line item, instead of showing it at the every bottom of the Sales Invoice which doesn’t make any sense.
