I want to change the sidebar in a tree section as of now its look like this.

Group 1

|   |-- Topic 8

A Group can contain Sup-Group and also Topic. How to customize or what kind approach we can do in erpnext.

You can use page for this you can achive the task by page but the UI correction is very big.
