How to define users with access only to POS

I want to add 5 users who should be able to access the POS and its features and nothing else.

How to add users with such limited rights?

I checked Users and User Role but could not find any thing to restrict users to only POS features.

I am using ERPNext 14.

Create a new Role and give the POS-related permissions to 5 users.

Which are POS related permissions?

I am assiging the following permissions.

  • Sales Manager
  • Sales Master Manager
  • Sales User

But I still get error: You do not have read or select permission for POS Profile.

Which other permission I have to set.

Because POS Profile can access the Accounts Manager and Accounts User, so you have give the Sales Manger role to POS Profile.
