How to disable Gamification?

These notifications “You are great” are a plague.
How can I disable this gamification stuff either globally or for my user?

I think it would stop if you disable Energy Points. Try it.

Go to Energy Point Settings and uncheck the field Enabled:

Ideally, if you want to disable the notifications for just yourself, click on Notifications >> Settings >> Uncheck EPS:
