Need to help to disable the one cost center from cost center tree for choosing for future transaction. This will not affect to take previous reports
Go to Cost Center tree > select the cost center > Edit and click on Disabled checkbox.

@michelle thanks for you reply. in cost centre page there was no disabled checked box. So i added a disabled check box.
