How to do backup of a site with including doctype changes?

Hello,

I have taken backup of my site with command ‘bench --site [site-name] backup’ this taken backup of db only when i check the site after restoring there whatever column i have added in opportunity item doctype that havent came into this site. What to do to get those changes?
