Query with data backup with customization in predefined doctype

Hello,

When we take backup then any of the customization done in predefined doctypes that won’t come in backup right ??? When we will restore then those changes won’t reflect. In this case what is the solution if large number of customization made and want to take into backup or any other way to get back into another site on another machine’s frappe-bench.

export all the customize in new app
then when install the app the customize will be

@NCP I am talking about those changes which cant be exported these are custom fields which can be exported…What about those which are directly added in predefined doctype not via custom field??

but which changes are you talking about?

@NCP for example field is added directly to doctype via doctype list consider as an Opportunity doctype. These kind of customizations are there which are cant be exported to custom app then in this case what is the way or solution to get into backup or via github is it possible?

i think the override well help
or
move the change form doctype to custom manually
