How to enable the left side panel, where users can be assigned, file uploads and tags are displayed. For normal users, For Admin that panel is visible, but how to give access to normal users or in my case Loan Manager.
Check if Sidebar is enabled in Role DocType of that specific role.
That for, you have to write a client script and set the condition your according.
