How to enable the view access for comments , for customer user portal

Hi Team,

currently we are trying to setup the Customer support portal using ERPNEXT

and we have setup of portal users , for customer and we are able to rise the support tickets/ issues from the portal users

and when the portal users made the comment its appearing for the admin users , but when the admin users/any other users reply to that comment then the portal user is not able to see that comment

but the comment made by the Admin user is not visible from the portal user

please, let us know if we are missing any permissions to make this work

Comment will not appear, but an issue is created and an email is sent. After that, when someone replies, another user’s comment will show.
