How to fetch Job offer yearly field in to employee cost to company field

I have one custom field on job offer Yearly Offer Salary . when we create employee of this candidate then this offer Yearly Offer Salary fetch in to Cost To Company field.

First, you need to add the custom field, such as Job Offer. Then, add the custom field you already created and set the fetch from property.

I have create one field on employee link to job offer doctype and then cost to company field fetch from job offer and yearly offer salary field choose but not getting
yearly offer salary in to ctc field
