How to fetched employee organization name field

if i select any employee from this field then fetched that employee ‘organization Name’ i have create ‘Organization Name’ field in employee doctype already
if i select any employee then fetched that employee organization name and store in the ‘Organization Name’ field
How to achieve this scenario

@Rahul7218 you can do that using fetch from go to field properties of Organization Name field add channel partner name field in fetch from and select organization name field in select field
