I’m facing this issue on the InOut DocType when editing and creating new records.
The document is still saved successfully, but it shows an error message like the one above.
Even after reloading the document and running migrate, the issue still persists.
This problem only happens on the production environment; it does not occur on my local environment.

Did you have any scripts/hooks?
I have hooks, but when I debug locally it does not happen.
I’m not sure whether the issue is caused by metadata,
because I manually deleted records from the DocField table
