I want to get all quotation links in the Lead doctype.

for example, the lead has 3 quotations I want to get the link to

that 3 quotations in lead

Use the url to get it …

yoursite.com/app/quotation/view/list?quotation_to=Lead&party_name=CRM-LEAD-2023-00001

This route gives you all the quotations for this lead. Indeed this is what connections method is doing.
