How to get data from one table to another table

for example doctype1, doctype2, doctype3 three doctype there. but i need here doctype1 is target doctype , doctype2 is child doctype, doctype3 is source doctype. i want doctype1 data’s in doctype3 intermediate doctype2. doctype1 —> doctype2 —> doctype3 like this
