How to handle email exception?

hi ,
i have exception ’ You’ve exceeded your messaging limits 451 ’ when this exception rise i want to continue the process next day till all emails sent !

i came with a salutation :
from time import sleep
sleep(0.1) # Time in seconds.
i will make it sleep for 1 day

is it good one ?
