How to handle two company data seperately?

I have two company

  • Parent Company
    • Child Company

In this company, I have 10 and 10 employees. If I create a Document from Parent Company the child company people should not see the document. or else both peoples don’t want to see other company data. for more clear Parent Company only see the Parent Company data and Child Company only see the Child Company Data.

How to configure that?
Is it possible? If it is how?
