How to hide my setting for a specific user

I am creating an app for the customer. So in the user profile I want to hide My settings. Please check screenshot.

@Atheetha go to navbar settings

And add this condition
and for tab hide in user doctype you can create property setter

this condition is not working. And how to create “property setter” i cant see that option
