How to implement a condition in salary slip

Hi,
I have two income tax slabs, old regime and new regime. In old regime, tax is applicable for all range of pay whereas in new regime tax is applicable only for the employees whose salary is above 7.5 lakh CTC. How can i achieve this?

You Can Create 2 income Tax Regimes in Income Tax and while Assigning Salary Structure to the employees you can select Income Tax regime which ever the employee opted for.

Here i will create two regimes , lets say i have old regime and new regime. if the employee’s ctc is less than 7.5 lakhs and he choose old regime, then the tax will be calculated but in case he choose new regime the tax will not be calculated. Is there a way to achieve this in the application?

Yes , However you need to give logic accordingly while creating income tax slabs.
