How to implement BOM and Subcontracting

Hi, can anyone assist?

Product Info:
We manufacture offsets, which are a type of box typically used for packing items like sarees, clothes, or other products. These boxes consist of two parts: the top and the bottom. The top part usually features branding, while the bottom is plain.

We are planning to implement this process in ERPNext.

The final product is a box that consists of two parts: the bottom and the top. We manufacture the bottom and top separately, using different materials and slightly different processes.

Top Manufacturing Process:

  1. Purchase raw material (Paper sheet)
  2. Stock transfer to subcontractor
  3. Dye the paper sheet (Subcontracted)
  4. After the dyeing/printing process, send it back to our manufacturing factory
  5. Laminate the sheet
  6. Cutting process
  7. Packing

Bottom Manufacturing Process:

  1. Purchase raw material (Paper sheet)
  2. Stock transfer to subcontractor
  3. Dye the paper sheet (Subcontracted) - If additional processes are required, they are subcontracted
  4. Cutting process
  5. Packing
How can we achieve these processes using a Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERPNext?

Brother, have you made any progress in solving this problem?

Yes @Yanwan I achieved via the production plan

Thanks brother!
How did you create this BOM? Could you share an example? Additionally, when printing, it may be necessary to consider that there are many styles of ordered products with low quantities, so several products are printed on a single sheet. Have you encountered this situation? Is there a corresponding solution?
