How to Implement earned leave, here employee is used some leave from joining of Feb to July. A company policy is 18 leave of annually and employee take 4 leave from Feb.
exm- Feb to July- 9-4=5. And I implement hrms now so as per this how I implement.
How do I do the allocation for the above scenario from Aug to Dec where balance leave is 5 and add 1.5 of every month from Aug.
