How to import ERPNext OVA to Hyper-V?

Maybe use WinRAR to extract the .OVF and .VMDK files from inside the .OVA archive, and then use VBoxManage.exe from Oracle VirtualBox, to convert the .VMDK file into a .VHD file, which can then be used in Hyper-V.
