Any help on how to link the courses in education to LMS to have the same courses than to create the same courses in LMS again

I see what looks like new article on frappe.io docs
Apparently there is new Student portal, though cant find it using the website path they specify.
Student Portal
“Note: As of now only a Student can login to the portal, which is only possible if a user is created against that student who is trying to login. The portal is accessible at the url “/student-portal”.”
