How to link Maintenance Visit to Maintenance Schedule

In Maintenance Schedule i create Schedule items i need to know how to link this Schedule items to Maintenance Visit or even mark Schedule in Maintenance Schedule as done

Still doesn’t seem to work.

Bug:
Create Maintenance Schedule.
Choose action button: Create > Maintenance Visit
A Popup appears, where you need to chose an item and a date from the Schedule. Then click “Create Visit”.
This just opens a new Maintenance Visit form, which has the item in it, but NOT the date, which you need to re-enter manually. So why were you made to choose it then?
Also, there seems to be no link.

Also, you need to enter a Sales Person each time. (In a child table row: one big form overlaying another one.) Why is that? It’s a schedule, after all, already sold some time ago. It’s a bit lacking as a UX. Or am I missing something?
