How to Link Notes to Documents in ERPNext

Hi guys,

When adding a Note in ERPNext, you’ll notice the below info at the foot of the Content box:

Help: To link to another record in the system, use “#Form/Note/[Note Name]” as the Link URL. (don’t use “http://”

I hope I am not reading a different meaning to this. I want to link a Note to a document in the system, say to the Leave Policy in HR module.

Can anyone please advise how I can achieve this?

On saving, it by default takes the system URL and opens the linked document:
