How to make local frappe development to run on HTTPS

HI,

i have been wanting to integrate few things into my local frappe setup for which i need to have HTTPS rather than HTTP. i have been looking into a way to that. But unfortunately i dont get it right or im not doing it right. either way i have been stuck at it for a while.
so if anyone could help me with this would be a huge help.
