How to make monthly attendance information heatmap on employee profile dashboard?

I want to display this dashboard attendance only one month last 30 days attendance show.

Hi do you know also how to create a custom script to disable the link and the “+” on the dashboard?

This is to eliminate a user create another doctype to a resigned employee. The disabled links will be triggered only if the status is changed to left. And will be enabled again if the status is changed to active if ever they need to encode a doctype related to the employee.
