How to make the same task close for user and still open for another user

hi,
i have a situation now
one task for multi user the task was write a new excel sheet for your leads
so the same task i assigned it for 3 users
but when on of users finish the task and click close the task closed for all other users
how to make the task closed only for who closed it

Workaround ,

Use workflow on task.
In workflow state choose role allowed for.

i think it’s the same problem because the 3 users have the same role :confused:
so if any one of them change workflow state it changed to all

i think this will need a custom script because last user will click close it will close the task
