How to manage Salary Increment and Arrears from date effective. Please help.

how have you setup the salary structure?

You will have to create a new salary structure for increment and assign it via salary structure assignment from date effective. For arrears you can create a new component called Arrears and via additional salary, add the same.

Thanks for your kind reply. Increment i will create new Salary Structure.
But Arrears amount if employees having arrears amount for past four months we need to pay arrears amount in this month. how to calculate different salary structure employee’s arrears amount in additional salary. we need to manually calculate for all employees.
