How to map custom print format with custom report

Hi,

I have developed custom report. Now I want to modify print format for custom report.
I can modify using html page. But I want to modify print format using print format builder.
How can I map custom report with custom print format?

For now, Custom Report Builder option works only for the Doctypes, and not for the reports. Please add custom Print Format in HTML. You can check General Ledger reports print format for reference.
