We have a scenario and need your expertise on that.
We have defined a BOM and work order is created, during processing we encountered that due to some issues, one of the raw material which was supposed to be consumed got destroyed and now to continue working on the work order we have to use new item but the qty of the new item will not be the same as old item, also another new item will be added.
Please see the example below:
FG Item 001 (Work Order Created)
BOM:
RM 1 - 50 KG
RM 2 - 50 KG
RM 3 - 50 KG (This item got destroyed)
Need to address the below new change in BOM during work order processing:
FG Item 001 (Work Order Created)
BOM:
RM 1 - 50 KG
RM 2 - 50 KG
RM 4 - 55 KG (In place of RM 3 - 50 KG)
RM 5 - 10 KG (Supporting Item for RM 4)
Please suggest how to address this scenario in ERP Next.
