I have created some workspaces and besides the original ones. I want to limit a new user to only access 2 workspaces only as i have put in green rectangle. how to achieve this?
The workspace should be associated with a module. Then you use the select only the modules you’d like the user to have access to (in the user’s settings).

Here’s what the user can see. The “Home” workspace does not have an associated module, so the default permission will be allow for the user.
