How to optimize Data Entry for various Doc Types

Good day,
I would like to ask if there is any way to make encoding easier. Some of my colleagues are computer illiterate.

  1. I am thinking of making a QR code by copying the website path on creating a Stock Entry
    http://[SELF HOSTED IP ADDRESS]/app/stock-entry/new-stock-entry-1 and then printing the QR photo so encoding is easier for them.

  2. Is it possible to pre-encode some elements? Like From Warehouse and Target Warehouse
    I am planning to print QR Codes of Stock Entry creation with From Warehouse and Target Warehouse already pre-encoded?
    *So that from Location A to B has its own QR Photo, Location A to C has its own QR Photo, Location A to D has its own QR Code

The plan is I can print a bunch of these and all they have to do is scan the qr code to generate the doc type with select fields already pre-encoded, scan barcodes of the item, then manually encode the quantity.

The current concerns that I have now are does it matter that I am self hosted? I tried to make a QR Photo from those free online generators, but it doesn’t seem to work. I’m not sure if it might be because i’m self hosted?

Do I pre-encode the fields by making it default? Just like how some entries allow default Company to be pre-encoded already. But then I might have various locations.
