How to package erpnext in a windows installation file that will give us an exe file?

I’m trying to figure out a way to install erpnext on my windows without docker , just as an exe file like other softwares. Can this be achieved?

If you don’t want to use docker, use the Windows Subsystem for Linux (similar to an Ubuntu virtual machine).

Frappe Framework is not compatible with MS Windows.

Docker is the preferred method.

Once you have Ubuntu running via WSL, you can install Frappe Framework on the Ubuntu machine.

Im trying to compile all the erpnext files into a simgle windows installer file. Is it possible?

I’m a firm believer in “anything is possible”, so I’ll say it’s not feasible (cost prohibitive).

@volkswagner Thank you for responding. Could you give me any pointers as to how I can start working on it?

I don’t know where to start. You’ll probably need a developer team larger than Team Frappe
