I need to change the item price after submitting the purchase order and creating the purchase receipt, based on the purchase order. How can I change the item price without going through the cancel and amend process?
Is there anything else you would like to adjust?
When you create a return invoice, the quantity must be negative.
If you want to update the item price after submitting the purchase invoice, you need to cancel that purchase invoice and create it again. Unfortunately, there is no way to adjust the item rate in a purchase invoice after it has been submitted.
