How to pass ignore_existing_file_check to Save File

Hi,

I am trying to customize the uploading image field now. I want to pass the argument ignore_existing_file_check = True to the backend, How do I pass ignore_existing_file_check to the frontend?
The first screenshot is from python backend. The second one is from the js.
