How to print customer name below of company logo

1. Page 1: in page customer name and company logo printed and i want to print customer name below of company logo
   

   

2. Page : Is print same as screen shot
   

   

Issue: whenever i print customer name below of company logo then it’s not printed in 2nd page. And i had used < class=“header-html”> then company logo and customer name printed but i do not want print company logo in 2nd page

This is not configurable for now. Header will always include letterhead value.
