How do I record a phone call with a contact? Initially, I put a note in the Customer record about the phone call. Then I moved that note to the Contact record instead. Neither seems useful, as if I leave it in the Customer notes, that could get very cluttered very fast, but putting it in the Contact record gives no indication on the Customer screen that there are notes in the Contact’s record.
Is there a standard, best-practice way of noting communication with Contacts?
