You can’t remove this, because it’s hard coded and you need to make changes in the core files. If you don’t want beta then use stable version 10.1.40

Do you have added customizations in your account? If yes, take help from expertise who can access your server and help you to migrate from beta to stable version. There are chances of breaking migration from beta(v11) to stable(V10.1.40) version
