How to remove default permission in list view doctype based on employee

if I add an employee link field in the doctype.
It automatically follows certain permissions for List view. Based on report to the field in employee doctype or by the tree structure that built-in employee doctype.
Want to remove the basic permission of doctype based on employees.

I used USER doctype, It’s not following any default permission on the List view.
