How to render image in Patient History from Custom Field type "Attach Image" in Patient Encounter

I need to attach several images to each patient encounter in order to track progress of the treatment. In order to do this I added a Custom Field of type “Attach Image” in Patient Encounter Form, and everything works fine.

When I go to “Patient History” and check the list of encounters, the image field shows as text. How do I edit the Patient History section, so all fields of type image are rendered as image

Did you manage to make it work?

If so help me please haha, I’m trying to add a field image in a doctype that I need, but it doesn’t work when Using “Image” field, and as Attach Image it doesn’t render the image itself
