How to restore a backup from the file?

Whats the correct way to restore the backup from Google Drive/Dropbox or from the backup file downloaded from within erpnext?

Refer the following:

Frappe generates an SQL backup along with compressed files (private and public).

You’ll need all of these when restoring the backup on another server.
