How to restore a deleted core doctype?

I accidentally deleted a core doctype, mistaking it for a custom doctype i made, is there any way in which i can restore that doctype ? Deleted doctype is stock entry

I tried this method, but it says frappe command is not found

Did you try bench update --reset to pull latest from Git?

Or bench update --patch

will that reset anything other than core doctype on the server? its a production server,
