As shown in the below picture the user email@example.com has access to Gulbarga Branch -SEL cost centre and firstname.lastname@example.org has access to Udupi Branch - SEL cost centre.
Both users have Office Administrator role and this role has Read,Write,Create and Report access for GL Entry doctype as shown below.
I have logged in with email@example.com and when i go to Accounts->Profit and Loss statement, the p & l report is for both the cost centres not just for Gulbarga Branch -SEL cost centre.
How to restrict access to p&l statement based on the cost centre ?
P&L statement is not designed to be restricted based on Cost Center as the report uses Account as its base and not Cost Center.
You will have to create a separate report instead for Cost Center based Profit and Loss

In Financial Analytics i can get a report based on cost centre which is very similar to p&l statement !! How does that work?
